• Monolithic silica, which is a porous silica continuum, is coated with titanium dioxide that selectively captures phosphorylated peptides.
• Purification of phosphorylated peptides can be performed simply by pipetting.
• Since only phosphorylated peptides are collected, it can be expected to improve detection sensitivity and reduce the time required for analysis.
