APPLICATION DATA

Amount of antibody recovered from commercially available IgG antibody

  1. Monoclonal antibodies (Rituxan, Avastin, HalfSeptin) and polyclonal human IgG antibodies were used to measure the amount of recovered antibody at each concentration.
  2. Using "spin type ProA", antibody samples were injected, washed, and eluted at each concentration.
  3. 0.4 mL injection of antibody at any concentration.
  4. The protein concentration of the eluate was determined by the BCA method to calculate the antibody recovery amount.

Recovery of human polyclonal IgG antibody in mixed solution
The results of quantitative analysis of spin-type ProA are shown using a sample mixed with human polyclonal IgG antibody in CHO culture medium.
Up to about 0.4 mg can be measured almost quantitatively.
