APPLICATION DATA
Amount of antibody recovered from commercially available IgG antibody
- Monoclonal antibodies (Rituxan, Avastin, HalfSeptin) and polyclonal human IgG antibodies were used to measure the amount of recovered antibody at each concentration.
- Using "spin type ProA", antibody samples were injected, washed, and eluted at each concentration.
- 0.4 mL injection of antibody at any concentration.
- The protein concentration of the eluate was determined by the BCA method to calculate the antibody recovery amount.

Recovery of human polyclonal IgG antibody in mixed solution | ||
The results of quantitative analysis of spin-type ProA are shown using a sample mixed with human polyclonal IgG antibody in CHO culture medium. Up to about 0.4 mg can be measured almost quantitatively. |
