  • Each spin column was randomly selected, 0.4 mL of 2.0 mg/mL human IgG was injected, and the washing → elution process was performed.
  • The table below shows the results of measuring the amount of antibody in the eluate using the UV method (A280) and the BCA method. (EX-Pure ProG only UV method)

This is the SDS-PAGE result when the antibody was actually purified from the culture medium with Ex-Pure.
Contaminants are removed in the flow-through solution in lane 3 and the washing solution in lane 4.
